Enjoy the traditional taste of "cozonac" made with love at home for holidays or special occasions. And, without sugar (we use the sweetener Green Sugar of high purity extract from Stevia Rebaudiana leaves). The cozonac is made from soft dough, well leavened and filled with plenty of walnuts, cocoa and raisins. (1 kg)*Note: the dough is a little stronger than the one with sugar. Excellent, fresh and varied cakes! We had Palmiye with us with a delicious candy bar and a good looking and very good cake at the wedding and all the guests were ecstatic. After that, my husband's birthdays and winter holidays caught us trying other and different types of cakes from Palmiye. Never disappointed, always delighted!
