By buying a cake  or delight sweet shop online www.palmiye.ro, the buyer declares that he agrees with terms and conditions of the site.

Confectionery products marketed  palmiye.ro, are prepared exclusively on order.

Because we want to provide services to the highest standards, palmiye.ro reserves the right to verify by phone accuracy of the data provided by the customer.

The shelf life of products is 5 days as required by law.

The weight requested a margin of error of +/- 15%, is considered acceptable.

Price and payment method are specified in the Order.

Seller to Buyer will issue a tax receipt or invoice shall specify whether this aspect for goods and services delivered.

Buyer’s obligation being to provide all the necessary information as required by law invoice.

Delivery is made within a maximum of 24 hours of ordering.

Any dispute arising between Palmiye Desert Srl. and client, will be resolved amicably a mediator and if this is not possible, conflicts will be solved by court.
