This delicacy named after our cake shop is created by Palmiye’s Chefs as an original recipe. Palmiye cake contains a savory cocoa moistened cake layer, on which you will discover several creamy layers such as a delicious milk chocolate mousse, a vanilla and brandy cream and a caramel mousse with krantz chips and lots of chocolate.
