Description

Kunafa, one of the most beloved Arabic desserts and mango, a refreshing and equally appreciated exotic fruit – are the two main ingredients of this special cake. A refreshing and sweet dessert due to the kunafa (very thin noodles, browned in the oven) with honey and pistachio, vanilla cream with whipped cream, tempered by the intense and aromatic taste of the mango (containing over 20 vitamins and minerals), perfect for any occasion – anniversary, party with friends and so on.

 

NOTE: This dessert cannot be sliced perfectly like a cake. When removing the supporting foil, it can fall down, due to the weight of the fruit.
