Description

With a composition of the famous Valrhona Opalys (produced in France containing 33% pure cocoa butter), a fine cherry puree insertion included lychee fruit with a sweet taste of the delicate combination of strawberry and rose flavor. The rest of the ingredients: almond flour, fried pistachios, almonds ground, mousse of white chocolate Valrhona Opalys with pistachio paste, cherry puree lychee.

*Note: the cake in the picture has a unique design and weighs on average between 800 gr and 1 kg (depending on the seasonal fruit decoration). For quantities greater than 1 kg, we will propose other designs that allow the respective weight.
