Description

It is the perfect choice for lovers of berries and chocolate. The berry cake is made of 3 layers of dough with dark chocolate, separated by a layer of milk chocolate cream and berries and another layer of white chocolate cream.

As a sweetener, we use green sugar, recognized as the most suitable for products without sugar and diet. The whipped cream is homemade, and the decoration is made of berries.

*Note: the cake dough is a little harder than for sugar cakes. The decor may differ depending on the ingredients in stock and the season.

Green sugar * – a 100% natural sweetener, with ZERO calories and ZERO glycemic index. It is a mixture of high purity extract from the leaves of STEVIA Rebaudiana and Erythritol, and does not contain GMOs (genetically modified organisms).
