One of the beautiful Romanian wedding traditions is breaking the Bride’s gingerbread. This particular wedding tradition symbolizes the prosperity that the future wife and wedding guests will benefit of by eating the sweet bread. Palmiye’s Chefs prepare and cook the bride’s cake after a traditional receipe that resembles “cozonac”, a very tasty traditional Romanian dessert. Inside it has chocolate.
